This dish is best prepared with Old Manila Grated Cassava for an authentic taste, that will make you feel as if you’re enjoying a cake baked freshly in the Philippines.Ingredients:2 packs Old Manila Grated Cassava 16 oz2 packs Old Manila Shredded Young Coconut 16 oz2 eggs2 cups of sugar1 can Davao’s Favorite Coconut Milk 14 oz1 tablespoon vanilla1/4 cup melted butter1 can condensed milk (for toppings)1 bottle Old Manila Macapuno String (for toppings)Preparation:Mix the above ingredients together and bake in a greased dish for one hour at 350 F.Remove the dish from the oven after 1 hour and add toppings.Topping:Mix together 1 can of condensed milk and a bottle of Old Manila Macapuno String. Spread evenly on top of the cassava cake and continue baking until topping is brown (Approx 30-45 minutes)
