Serves 4Prep time 10 minutes, cook time 15 minutes Ingredients:1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour1 tbsp white sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 (14 ounce) can Davao’s Favorite Coconut Milk1 egg1 tbsp melted butter Directions:1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl.2. Whisk coconut milk, egg and butter together in a separate bowl. Stir into the flour mixture until just combined.3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook coconut milk pancakes until browned on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes.4. Repeat with remaining batter. Enjoy!
