Serving Size: 2 Ingredients: 1 can Palm Corned Beef1/2 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp. vegetable oilsalt to taste2 eggs For Fried Rice: 2 cups cooked rice2cloves garlic minced1 tbsp. vegetable oil1/2 cup frozen peas Directions: Corned beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion for 2 minutes until soft, add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Add corned beef and cook until heated through and flavours combined, about 5 minutes. Add salt to tasteFried rice: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry garlic until soft, about 2 minutes. Add the rice and peas, heat and stir until cooked about 5 minutes. Add salt to taste.Eggs: Heat 1 tbsp oil in frypan. Cook two eggs sunny side up.Serve corned beef with fried rice and egg while warm, garnish with tomatoes if desired.
