Creamy Mango and Coconut Dessert February 1, 2021 By Jean Our new favourite is this sweet and creamy mango and coconut dessert! With delicious mango, palm fruit and coconut jelly! Serves 8 Prep time 15 minutes, plus refrigeration time Ingredients: 1 jar Old Manila Nata de Coco1 jar Old Manila Palm Fruits4 cups mango, in chunks (fresh or frozen, thawed)1 300ml can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup half and half cream Directions: Purée 1 or 2 cups of mango in a food processor or blender until smooth.Drain coconut gel and palm fruits well in a colander to remove most of the sugar syrup.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients including chunks of mango and the purée.Stir well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve cold and enjoy!
