Creamy Mango and Coconut Dessert

Our new favourite is this sweet and creamy mango and coconut dessert! With delicious mango, palm fruit and coconut jelly!

Serves 8

Prep time 15 minutes, plus refrigeration time

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Purée 1 or 2 cups of mango in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Drain coconut gel and palm fruits well in a colander to remove most of the sugar syrup.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients including chunks of mango and the purée.
  4. Stir well and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve cold and enjoy!
