A quick family dinner made with tuna, pasta, corn and cheese, so easy!Serves 6 Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time 20 minutesIngredients:4oz (400g) small, dried pasta3 tbsp butter1/3 cup plain flour2.5 cups milk2.5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar is recommended)salt and pepper to taste2 cans Bolinao’s Best tuna, drained and flaked1 cup corn niblets, fresh, frozen or canned3 tbsp fresh chopped parsleyDirections:Bring a large pot of water to boil, and cook pasta according to package instructions until done, then drain the noodles.While pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium heat in a pan. Add flour and keep stirring for 2 minutes to cook the flour.Slowly whisk in the milk, then cook while stirring until thickened – about 5 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Remove cheese sauce from heat.Season sauce with pepper and salt, stir in cooked pasta and corn. Add drained tuna and stir. Top with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
