Grilled Cheese and Palm Corned Beef Sandwich

Delicious Palm Corned Beef in a crunchy, melty grilled cheese sandwich. So good!

~Grilled Cheese and Corned Beef Sandwich~

Serves 6

  • 1 can Palm Corned Beef
  • 12 slices white sandwich bread
  • 3 cups grated white cheese such as monterey jack or mozzarella
  • mustard and/or mayonnaise as preferred
  • butter


1. Place cheese and flaked corned beef on 6 slices of bread, dividing equally.

2. Spread remaining 6 slices of bread with mustard or mayonnaise according to personal preference, and lay on top of cheese and corned beef to make a sandwich.

3. Heat a frypan over medium heat. Spread the top side of sandwich with butter.

4. Add sandwiches butter-side down to fry pan, as many as can fit easily. Spread some butter on top slice of bread while frying.

5. Fry until bread is golden brown and cheese starts to melt, about 4 minutes. Flip sandwich over and fry for a few more minutes, being careful not to burn the bread.

6. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Enjoy!
