Pineapple Ice Cream Sundae

If you love pineapple, you’ll love this delicious ice cream sundae served with delicious Old Manila Pineapple Coco Rhum Spread on top!

Serves 4

Prep time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Old Manila Pineapple Coco Rhum Spread
• 1 pint ice cream (vanilla or coconut flavours are both delicious)
• 1 small can diced pineapple in juice
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions:

1. Scoop ice cream into four bowls and top with diced pineapple.
2. Add spoonfuls of Pineapple Coco Rhum Spread on top.
3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Serve and enjoy!
