~ Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Teriyaki Hot Dogs with Crunchy Pork Rinds ~

Serves 4, 15 minutes prep/cook time

Ingredients:
– 4 hotdogs or sausages
– 4 hotdog buns
– 1 tbsp cooking oil
– 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
– 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh, frozen or canned
– 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
– chili sauce to taste
– for garnish: Baliwag Pork Rinds, fresh cilantro

Instructions:
1. Cook hotdogs according to package instructions. Keep warm until serving.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry onion until soft, add pineapple chunks. Mix in teriyaki sauce and stir until heated well. Add chili sauce if using.
3. Serve hotdogs with warm teriyaki onions and pineapple, adding pork rinds and cilantro on top. Enjoy!
