Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Soy Sauce Marinade February 2, 2021 By Jean Here’s an easy pork tenderloin recipe for you. The soy sauce marinade makes it so delicious!Serves 4Prep time 15 minutes, Cook time 50 minutesIngredients1 large pork tenderloin 2 cloves garlic, finely minced 1/4 cup Coconut Brand Soy Sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepperDirectionsPlace all ingredients (except pork tenderloin) into a large bowl. Whisk to combine.Add the pork tenderloin and toss to coat with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for one hour.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Place pork tenderloin on the baking sheet.Roast for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, carefully turn pork over, and roast for another 20 minutes. If your pork tenderloin is small, adjust to a slightly shorter cooking time. Let meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
