Soy Sauce Fried Rice

Make this delicious takeout classic at home in just 15 minutes!

~Soy Sauce Fried Rice~

Prep time 5 mins, cook time 10 mins

Serves 4


– 4 tbs Coconut Brand Premium Soy Sauce

– 1 tbs oyster sauce

– 2 tbs rice vinegar

– 2 tbs cooking oil (divided)

– 4 eggs, beaten

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 6 cups cooked, cooled rice

– 3 scallions, sliced thinly


1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce and rice vinegar together in a small bowl, set aside.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add salt to beaten eggs, and quickly fry until scrambled. Remove eggs from pan.

3. Heat remaining oil in pan, add rice and soy sauce mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Add eggs and scallions to rice mixture and mix well, cooking for 1 more minute. Enjoy!
