Spaghetti with meat sauce

Homemade spaghetti is a family favourite dinner anytime! Try making this easy meat sauce, which is so quick to make with delicious Palm Corned Beef.

Prep time 10 minutes, Cook time 35 minutes


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (326 g) Palm Corned Beef
  • 1 large can (796 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup beef stock (or water)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500 g dried spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese


  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan, sauté garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Add Palm Corned Beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef stock and tomato paste. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with pepper, salt and sugar (if you prefer it to be sweeter). Simmer for 5 minutes more.
  5. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to instructions, and drain. Top with the sauce and grated cheese.
