Spicy Vinegar Dipping Sauce

We love crunchy Baliwag Pork Rinds! They are so good with a dip, including a favourite spicy vinegar that is also delicious with any fried foods. Make it yourself – here’s the easy recipe!

~Spicy Vinegar Dipping Sauce~
Prep time 15 mins
Make 1/2 cup dipping sauce


  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, we recommend Coconut Brand
  • 3 tbsp red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 chopped red or green chili diced, to taste
  • 1 or 2 tsp brown sugar, to taste
  • 1 or 2 tbsp water, to taste
  • Baliwag Pork Rinds and Cracklins


1. Mix all ingredients together in a clean glass jar with a lid.

2. Let stand for 30 minutes. Adjust for taste – adding more chili or water if desired.

3. Keep dipping sauce in refrigerator until ready to use
