Lemon and Coconut Jelly

~ Lemon and Coconut Jelly ~

serves 6, prep time 10 minutes, refrigeration 2 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 package instant jello, lemon flavour
  • 2 cups Jonas Coconut Gel, assorted colours
  • Whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Make jello according to package instructions. Pour equally into 6 glasses or bowls.
  2. Drain liquid from coconut gel, and spoon pieces equally into jelly glasses.
  3. Refrigerate until set, about two hours.
  4. Top with whipped cream and serve.
