Pork Rind Nachos November 16, 2020 By Jean Loaded nachos made with Baliwag Pork Rinds, cheddar cheese, olives, diced red peppers, cilantro & green onions. Just layer on the toppings, bake on a sheet pan, and serve! Serves 4 to 6 Prep time 10 minutes, Cook time 10 minutes Ingredients: 1 bag Baliwag pork rinds 1 cup grated cheddar cheese1 red pepper, diced 4 tbsp sour cream2 green onions, sliced1/4 cup sliced black olives3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread pork rinds on a sheet pan in a single layer. Sprinkle cheese and red peppers on top. Heat in oven at 350°C for 10 minutes. Serve immediately with sour cream, olives, cilantro and green onions on top. Enjoy!
