Pork Rind Nachos

Loaded pork rind nachos made with cheddar cheese, olives, diced red peppers, Baliwag Pork Rinds, cilantro & green onions. Just layer on the toppings, bake on a sheet pan, and serve!

Serves 4 to 6

Prep time 10 minutes, Cook time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Baliwag pork rinds
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  1. Spread pork rinds on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle cheese and red peppers on top.
  3. Heat in oven at 350°C for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately with sour cream, olives, cilantro and green onions on top. Enjoy!
