Our Tuna Rice Bowl recipe is easy to make for a satisfying lunch or light dinner!~Tuna Rice Bowl Recipe~serves 2, prep time 15 minutesIngredients:– 1 can Bolinao’s Best Tuna, drained (for extra spice use Hot and Spicy flavour)– 2 cups cooked rice, cooled or still warm– 1 cup finely diced sweet peppers– 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar– 2 tbsp soy sauce– 1 tsp sesame oil– 1 or 2 tsp hot sauce, to taste– juice from 1/2 lemon– 1/4 cup sliced green onionDirections:1. Add drained tuna to a large bowl. Gently mix in peppers, sauces and lemon juice, keeping some larger bites of tuna.2. Mix in cooked rice, stirring with a fork to separate the grains and incorporate with the tuna.3. Adjust seasoning to taste – adding salt or hot sauce if desired.4. Top with sliced green onion. This tuna rice bowl can be served warm or cold.
